Tracy Clarke’s official title is Practice Manager, but a more realistic title might be “backbone of the organisation”. Tracy joined MJA Business Solutions in 2010, having already acquired 12 years experience in office management and administration.
Tracy loves the challenge of finding quicker and smarter ways of doing things. This passion, combined with her experience and precision, has been critical to the development and implementation of processes that continually improved our clients’ experience.
Having mastered procedures internally, Tracy now works with clients to help them to audit and improve their processes and procedures.
When not working most of Tracy’s time is taken up chasing after her three rambunctious boys. (Oh yes, and her husband Dan.) When she finds the time (which is seldom) she loves horse riding, reading and drawing.

Tracy is an experienced horsewoman and spent 10 years working as a foreman and racing secretary for well-known trainer Gai Waterhouse. Maybe that’s why she’s so good a cracking the whip around the office.
