Do I Need a Coach?
The day you become a small business owner you are suddenly expected to be all things to all people. But there’s nothing in the rule book that says you have to do this on your own. Coaching helps business owners to face their demons, overcome their weaknesses and build their skills to achieve business success without personal burnout.

Our business coaching program is 100% personalised to your needs and business demands.
We begin with a FREE in-depth interview, which looks at your business performance and areas you feel could be improved. On completion of this session we will create a personalised coaching plan to address your key concerns and goals.
The first two coaching sessions are focused on assessing your personal development and business needs. You will be asked to complete two in-depth questionnaires: Needs Assessment (NA and the Risk and Value Driver Assessment (RAVDA) and the results will be reviewed with your coach.
Depending on your needs subsequent sessions will cover business planning, sales and marketing strategies, management skills, process development and/or team building. We will always tie coaching back to financial outcomes, and may assist with industry benchmarking, cash flow projections and sourcing finance.
In each coaching session we will review progress toward your goals, to keep you focused on moving yourself and your business forward.
What will it cost?
Your first in-depth interview is absolutely free and there is no obligation to accept the coaching proposal if you decide it’s not for you.
The cost of your coaching program will depend entirely on your needs and the program developed to meet those needs.
